ZSP.0 Catch Set
Application
The ZSP.0 coupling set makes possible very simple assembly and disassembly of the pump. A submersible pump with a movable connector fastened to it is descended on guides to the inside of a pumping station from the ground level (without the necessity of entering the tank). The pump, after its descent to the tank interior, is automatically connected to the discharge system of the pumping station. A specially profiled seal between the body and the connector, mounted to the pump, guarantees leaktightness of the system. Lifting of the pump up with the use of a chain leads to its automatic disconnection from the discharge system, in order to clean or inspect it. Upper consoles, thanks to their shape, make possible disconnecting of the lifted pump from the
guides without disassembly of any parts of the system.
The ZSP.0 catch set enables the connection of fittings and pumps, the short pipe diameters of which are: 1 1/4", 1 1/2" oraz 2".
Construction
The ZSP.0 catch sets comprise the main body, which is permanently mounted to the bottom of the tank in home pumping stations, and a connector, connected to the pump, and a vertical discharge ball valve. Connector with fittings and pump is pumping the movable element.
ZSP.1, ZSP.2, ZSP.3, ZSP.6 Catch Set
Application
The ZSP.1, ZSP.2, ZSP.3 and ZSP.6 catch sets enable one to install and uninstall the pump with its contents simply and quickly, when required. The immersible sewage pump with a mobile connector is lowered on a chain into the pumping station so that there is no need to enter the tank; the process can be managed from ground level. After the pump is lowered into the tank, it is automatically connected to the pumping system of the station. There is also a dedicated-shape gasket mounted between the main body and the connector mounted to the pump, which ensures that the system is impenetrable. While the pump is being lifted on a chain, it disconnects itself from the pumping system automatically. After this operation, the pumping station can be cleaned or inspected. The shape of the upper consoles allows one to disconnect the lifted pump from the guide bars without the necessity to uninstall any parts of the system. The ZSP.1 catch set enables the connection of fittings and pumps, the short pipe diameters of which are: 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2"; the ZSP.2 set enables connection of fittings and pumps with DN65 diameters; the ZSP.3 enables connection of fittings and pumps with DN80 diameters; and finally, the ZSP.6 set enables connection of fittings and pumps with DN150 diameters.
Construction
The ZSP.1, ZSP.2, ZSP.3, and ZSP.6 catch sets comprise the main body, which is permanently mounted to the bottom of the tank in home or network pumping stations. Other permanent elements include the guide bars and the consoles used for mounting the guide bars.
