Applications

SKG self-priming rotodynamic pumps with side ring channel and open impeller are designed for pumping liquids within the corrosion resistance limits of materials used for their construction. The pumps are also designed for pumping hydrocarbons such as gasolines, fuel oils etc.

SKG pumps can be used in:

Design

SKG pumps consist of bearing housings, shaft as well as suction and discharge housings. Impellers are mounted on the shaft, their number depends on the number of pump stages. Impeller positions are set by limiting members. The suction member is located at the suction housing side, then comes suction/discharge member and the last discharge member. In SKG pumps one ball bearing is used at the suction side when a special slide bearing is used at the discharge side. Moreover, a front seal is installed in the suction housing. For sealing particular members and housings connection the special LOCTITE 573 sealing compound is used.
Such a design ensures long pump life.
