Centrifugal single-stage FZM

FZM Pumps

To meet the needs of users who also have pumping stations of other manufacturers in their sewerage systems, with the pump spiral built into the retention module, Hydro-Vacuum S.A.'s offer has been extended to include FZM type pumps, which are a dedicated replacement in case of the need to replace pumps in such installations.
FZM single-stage centrifugal pumps are replacements for pumps used in other manufacturer's wastewater pumping stations
FZM type pumps are designed for use in existing, modernized sewage compressor stations of other manufacturers than Hydro-Vacuum S.A., where the hydraulic part of the pump (spiral) is built into the retention module of the compressor station creating an integrated structure.

The specially designed shape of the oil chamber with a mounting connection compatible with the spiral built in the retention tanks of other manufacturers' compressor stations allows efficient and economical replacement of the pump with a new one, without having to use the original solution again.

TECHNICAL DATA

  • Capacity [Q]: up to 60 m3/h
  • Delivery head [H]: up to 25 m
  • Motor Power [kW]: 1,5 ÷ 3

Advantages of FZM pumps

  • Pump operating parameters (Q, H) corresponding to and fully replacing the existing, replaced pumps - hydraulic matching
  • Pump design and mounting connection fully compatible with scrolls built into existing pumping stations of other manufacturers - structural fit
  • Economical alternative to existing solutions on the market in case of the need to replace the pump with a new one
  • Very high efficiency of pumping of domestic sewage in cooperation with solids separators - resistance to clogging and rotor damage
  • Two types of drives - depending on your needs - IP55 (dry installation, without the possibility of operation in case of sewage flooding) or IP68 (dry installation with the possibility of operation in case of flooding, without risk of failure )
  • IP68 - total resistance to flooding - the possibility of continuous operation (S1) even in case of failure, such as leakage of sewage into the dry chamber due to leakage of the tank, without risk of damage to the pump drive
  • Possibility of high chromium cast iron impeller ZbCr32 - increased resistance to the impact of abrasive mineral particles contained in wastewater - longer life of the pump
  • Possibility of unification of machinery park - all sewage and water pumps from one manufacturer - Hydro-Vacuum S.A. - facilitation of service
  • Availability of spare parts - production in Poland

Design

The design of the FZM pump was specifically designed to meet the needs of owners and operators of various sewage infrastructure facilities.

The increasing number of necessary upgrades to built-in sewage pumping stations in sewerage systems is associated with significant investment costs. Hydro-Vacuum S.A. offers a more economical alternative to existing solutions, in the form of a single-stage, centrifugal FZM pump that is a replacement for manufacturers' compressor station pumps, in which the pump spiral is built into the structure of the retention tank.

The FZM pump is a monobloc pump, equipped with a three-blade single-open impeller, available in various material designs, which allows you to match the pump to your needs and the nature of the wastewater in your location. In the construction of the FZM pump high quality materials are used, resistant to aggressive chemicals found in wastewater, as well as to potential mechanical damage due to solid and abrasive particles contained in the wastewater.

The structure has been designed to allow the user to easily and independently replace the pump without interfering with the structure of the retention tank of the existing compressor station and carrying out any modifications.

Compatible in design and equivalent in terms of hydraulic performance, the FZM pump provides an uncompromising, yet economical solution to the problems of costly upgrades of wastewater compressor stations of other manufacturers.

OPERATION AREA

Hydro-Vacuum S.A. Pump Selection Progam.

Quick and simple online tool for pump selection based on set criteria.

Thanks to the PDP, by means of the "Hydraulic Selection" function, specific pumps can be selected by configuring, among other things, the area of application, pump type, pump design, medium to be pumped, operating point, etc. Alternatively, by using the "Product Catalogue", you can conveniently browse through the pump catalogue which is Hydro-Vacuum S.A. 's production offer.

The result of the selection is a data sheet for the pump containing all the necessary hydraulic (characteristics), electrical, material, construction, dimensional, etc. data.

The first thing to do is to register a new account. After entering some necessary data and approving the form, an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address provided. After clicking on the link, you will be able to make full use of the Hydro-Vacuum S.A. Pump Selection Software.

We encourage you to create an account and try our program.
