Coupling set ZSP.0
The coupling kit ZSP.0 allows, if necessary, in a very simple and quick way to install and remove the pump with the fittings attached to it. This kit allows the pump to be lowered from ground level and automatically connected to the pumping system of the pumping station. Lifting the pump, together with the discharge riser and ball check valve, with the help of a chain causes automatic disconnection of the pumping station components for cleaning or inspection. A specially profiled seal between the body and the coupling guarantees the tightness of the system. ZSP.0 allows connection of fittings and pumps with stub diameters of 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2".
Construction
The ZSP.0 pump coupling kit consists of a body, fixed, inside the tank of domestic sewage pumping stations, and a coupling, connected to the pump, the discharge riser and ball check valve. The coupling set ZSP.1, ZSP.2, ZSP.3 and ZSP.6 allows, if necessary, in a very simple and quick way to install and remove the pump with the fittings attached to it. The submersible sewage pump, with the movable coupling attached to it, is lowered on a chain to the inside of the pumping station along pipe guides from ground level (without having to enter the tank). After being lowered inside the tank, the pump is automatically connected to the pumping system of the pumping station. A specially shaped seal between the body and the connector, attached to the pump, guarantees the tightness of the system. Lifting the pump up with a chain automatically disconnects it from the pumping system for cleaning or inspection. The top consoles, thanks to their shape, make it possible to disconnect the lifted pump from the guides without dismantling any parts of the system. Pump coupling set ZSP.1 enables connection of armature and pumps with stub diameters of 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2", ZSP.2 enables connection of armature and pumps with diameters of DN65, ZSP.3 enables connection of armature and pumps with diameters of DN80, while set ZSP.6 enables connection of armature and pumps with diameters of DN150.
