Deep-well Pumps GCE

Deep-well Pumps GCE

GCE pumps are a new generation of submersible pumps developed by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. Submersible pumps are designed to draw water from drilled or dug wells and open body reservoirs, boost pressure, etc. They can handle raw, treated, sea, or thermal water with a sand content of up to 100 mg/litre.

GCE pumps are an enhanced version of the GC/GCA/GCB pumps, specially designed for operation in systems rated up to 16 bar. Construction of the GCE pump goes beyond preserving well-known features of its predecessors, e.g., long service life and energy efficiency, by further increasing pump durability and resistance to harsh operating conditions, facilitating maintenance. Thanks to upgrades to our manufacturing base, we were able to substantially lower carbon footprint of our products. Our engineers improved structural stiffness and vibration damping by optimizing structural interfaces between pump components, substantially impacting overall product reliability.

Each pump manufactured by Hydro-Vacuum S.A. is tested on a test bench according to PN-EN ISO 9906:2012 standard, with results digitally stored and made available to our Customers and Service Division.

All GCE pumps are manufactured with meticulous attention to quality and are covered by a three-year manufacturer's warranty.

GCE pumps find many applications, including:

  • municipal and industrial water works
  • drainage and dewatering of mines
  • farm irrigation
  • pressure boosting
  • industrial processes

GCE pumps excel in versatility, backed by advanced construction and rigorous certifications:

  • Over the last 90 years, G type pumps have established themselves as the backbone of water utility companies around the world, serving as a key component of critical infrastructure where their reliability is a pivotal factor
  • G pumps, with their rugged construction and capability to operate in harsh conditions, stand out as an ideal solution for dewatering mines
  • Hydro-Vacuum's product policy has always emphasized delivering products with enhanced longevity to our Customers. Since our pumps are often key components of critical infrastructure, our engineering teams focus on using off-the-shelf components, which makes our products easy to maintain and repair.
  • GCE pumps received the Hygenic certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute of Hygiene, which approves GCE pumps to be used in municipal, industrial, and individual household applications for pumping potable water, raw water, seawater, and thermal water (WRAS and ACS equivalent)
Hydro-Vacuum S.A., with a legacy dating back to 1862, has continuously provided a diverse array of products to customers across the globe, fostering close partnerships to ensure their needs are meticulously met.

OPERATING AREA

Hydro-Vacuum S.A. Pump Selection Progam.

Quick and simple online tool for pump selection based on set criteria.

Thanks to the PDP, by means of the "Hydraulic Selection" function, specific pumps can be selected by configuring, among other things, the area of application, pump type, pump design, medium to be pumped, operating point, etc. Alternatively, by using the "Product Catalogue", you can conveniently browse through the pump catalogue which is Hydro-Vacuum S.A. 's production offer.

The result of the selection is a data sheet for the pump containing all the necessary hydraulic (characteristics), electrical, material, construction, dimensional, etc. data.

The first thing to do is to register a new account. After entering some necessary data and approving the form, an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address provided. After clicking on the link, you will be able to make full use of the Hydro-Vacuum S.A. Pump Selection Software.

We encourage you to create an account and try our program.
