Generations change, values remain. A new chapter in the history of Hydro-Vacuum S.A.

A new chapter is beginning at Hydro-Vacuum S.A. The generational transition process, pursued consistently over the past several years, is now entering its next stage. As of 12 June 2026, the Company’s Management Board is composed of individuals who have been associated with Hydro-Vacuum S.A. for many years and who have an in-depth understanding of its organisational culture and potential.

The current Management Board of Hydro-Vacuum S.A. consists of:

• Jakub Grabowski – President of the Management Board, Managing Director
• Ewelina Janczak – Vice-President of the Management Board, Finance Director
• Marcin Janczak – Member of the Management Board, Research and Development Director
• Mariusz Simiński – Member of the Management Board, Domestic Sales Director

The former President of the Management Board, Wojciech Grabowski, and Vice-Presidents Barbara Miller and Alicja Staromłyńska have been appointed to the Supervisory Board. This structure makes it possible to combine many years of experience with a fresh perspective on the Company’s opportunities for growth and expansion. Although generations change, one thing remains unchanged: the belief that Hydro-Vacuum S.A.’s greatest asset is its employees, thanks to whom, for more than 160 years, we have been delivering innovative solutions tailored to the individual needs of our customers, ensuring the highest quality and meeting the requirements of critical infrastructure.

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter in the Company’s history.
