The HVP pressure tank is made of fully welded low-carbon steel sheets and available with the following capacities: 100, 200, 300, 500, or 1000 litres. Water supply automation with hydraulic accumulator tanks can only be connected to depressurised water intakes. The tank shall only be installed in the systems with the maximum pressure below the design pressure of the tank type. The outer and inner surfaces are protected with galvanic coating.
The tank is vertically oriented with three feet welded at the circumference. The cylindrical section features a water gauge tube installed between elbows to display the water level. The cleanout opening is installed in the shell. The top section of the tank features a G2 hole closed with a threaded plug which houses a pressure gauge.
The pressure tanks are intended for:
- supply water to residential and utility buildings from:
- on-site water intake;
- shallow aquifers accessed by cased wells;
- drilled wells;
- ponds;
- reservoirs;
- hydraulic accumulator sets to act as the air/water tank;
- allotment gardens;
- summer cottages;
- water supply of fountains.
